Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience in scaling D2C ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate should be confident in leading a team, working closely with clients, and implementing full-funnel paid marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth.

Years of Experience:

  • Total Experience Required: 3–7 years
  • Performance Marketing Focus: Minimum 3 years in performance marketing, ideally with D2C brands
  • Team Management Experience: Preferred experience in leading, coaching, and hiring a marketing team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of performance marketing professionals
  • Connect regularly with clients to understand goals, offer strategic direction, and drive growth
  • Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and efficiency
  • Assign tasks, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Align efforts with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay abreast of trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and ecommerce
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, innovation, and accountability

Additional Candidate Preferences

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Deep understanding of D2C business models, ecommerce platforms, and digital growth levers
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and develop teams
  • Tech-savvy with a mindset for exploring and implementing new tools in the marketing tech stack
  • Comfortable working on-site from the Gurgaon office

Skills Required:

  • Ecommerce Marketing – 3 Years
  • Performance Marketing (Paid Ads, ROI Optimization) – 3 Years

Preferred Competencies:

  • Team management and leadership
  • Data analysis & campaign reporting
  • Knowledge of D2C platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Paid marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.)
  • Martech tools and automation platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
