Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run paid campaign strategies for acquisition (search, social, display)
  • Optimize campaigns with A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation Digital
  • Manage marketing budget, forecasts, and maximize ROI metrics like CPA and ROAS
  • Analyze campaign data and report on performance to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams for campaign alignment
  • Stay up to date on ad tech trends, tools, and performance marketing best practices

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills & experience with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager
  • Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns and optimizing for conversions
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
