About Us

Balaji Enterprise is a small but fast-growing company providing hologram stickers, hologram tapes, and digital anti-counterfeit solutions to manufacturers, industrial clients, and packaging users across India.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who already knows the job well and can independently run our Google and Meta ad campaigns without training or supervision.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of real experience in Google & Meta Ads, who can:

• Set up campaigns from scratch
• Generate high-quality B2B leads
• Reduce cost per lead
• Optimise weekly
• Provide clear reports
• Understand manufacturing/industrial audiences

We want someone who is confident, skilled, and can take ownership of performance.

Must have:

• Real campaigns they can show
• Experience with Google Search ads
• Ability to reduce CPL and manage budgets
• Basic landing page knowledge
• Knows B2B industries
• Can run ads without supervision
• Can create weekly reports
• Can track conversions (very important)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
