The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with UAE codes, ASHRAE standards, and sustainable building practices. Key Responsibilities: Design HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) including ductwork, chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation layouts. Conduct heat load calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., HAP, Carrier E20, or similar). Prepare design documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and detailed shop drawings. Coordinate HVAC systems with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams to avoid design conflicts. Ensure HVAC design compliance with local regulations, international codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, DEWA, etc.), and green building standards (LEED, Estidama, etc.).
