About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of running successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively while achieving targeted KPIs and conversion goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives.
• Identify new opportunities for growth across digital channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
