JOB SUMMARY:

Performance Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Management

  • Plan and run Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns segmented by brand and geography.
  • Localize messaging and creatives for regions
  • Tracking & Attribution
  • Set up UTM tagging for all campaigns.
  • Ensure all leads from ads sync into Pardot/Salesforce with correct source, campaign, and region tagging.
  • Own and manage Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Search Console to measure traffic and conversions.

Optimization & Testing

  • Run structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets dynamically shift spend between channels/regions based on ROI.
  • Develop retargeting campaigns (website visitors, exhibition lists, Pardot audiences).

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work with Marketing Automation Specialist to feed digital leads into Pardot nurture journeys.
  • Align with CRM / RevOps Specialist to ensure clean dashboards linking campaign spend to pipeline/revenue.
  • Partner with content/design teams to create high-performing assets.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver monthly performance dashboards segmented by brand, region, and channel.
  • Provide insights on CPL, MQL/SQL rates, pipeline value, and ROI.
  • Recommend future budget allocations by channel/region based on results.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Skills:

  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs).
  • Hands-on with GA4, UTM tracking, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce + Pardot integration (campaign connectors, attribution models).
  • Track record in driving pipeline and revenue impact, not just clicks.
  • Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Ability to manage multi-region campaigns with localized strategy.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 4 - 7 years in B2B performance marketing.

Salary would be in line with the experience.
