Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketing Manager will drive campaign strategy and execution across various digital channels to achieve performance marketing objectives. Responsibilities include devising and implementing paid advertising campaigns, continuously analyzing campaign performance, identifying actionable insights, and optimizing strategies to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including content, creative, and analytics to ensure cohesive campaigns. A key focus will be on audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget management to drive scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Advertising Platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools
• Knowledge in Data Analytics, Campaign Performance Tracking, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Proficiency in A/B Testing, Audience Segmentation, and Retargeting Strategies
• Strong skills in Campaign Budget Allocation, Keyword Research, and SEO/SEM concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate insights and collaborate in a cross-functional team
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; experience in the health or wellness industry is a plus
