Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Modern Trade Sales Manager for Hyderabad, Telangana region to lead and expand our presence across modern trade channels such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and organized retail chains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, improving brand visibility, managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless execution at store level. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute modern trade strategy aligned with the company’s sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts (e.g., Reliance Retail, Big Bazaar, Nature’s Basket, Spencer’s, etc.). Negotiate TOTs (Terms of Trade), product listing, shelf space, and promotions with key accounts. Monitor category performance, planogram compliance, and stock availability at outlets. Ensure timely collection of payments and efficient handling of supply chain/logistics. Work closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to execute in-store branding and activation plans. Analyse sales trends and provide insights to optimize product performance in modern trade. Manage and mentor a team of merchandisers and sales representatives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). 4–8 years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 2 years in modern trade & HoReCa Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in handling PAN India or zonal-level key accounts is a plus. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
