Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager (MGR) within Integrated Marketing at Arrow, your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead comprehensive marketing programs that seamlessly integrate across various channels and touchpoints. You will play a strategic role in ensuring consistent brand messaging, cohesive campaign execution, and alignment with business objectives. Your strategic leadership skills will be crucial in reviewing media and creative strategies to maximize campaign ROI, developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, and building and managing a high-performing marketing team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing objectives and shaping the strategic vision for communications across digital markets will be key aspects of your role. You will be tasked with monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, measuring ROI, and providing regular reports to leadership. Establishing KPIs and metrics to track marketing effectiveness, tracking campaign performance to provide data-backed insights, and managing company and product branding initiatives will be essential in driving revenue growth and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders. To excel in this role, you will need at least 8 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions, a proven track record of successful integrated marketing strategies, and experience leading and developing marketing teams. Proficiency in various marketing channels including digital, social, content, events, and traditional media, as well as strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, will be required.
