Job Summary: We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive paid marketing campaigns and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC campaigns, analytics, and conversion rate optimization . Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and A/B testing to improve ad performance. Monitor campaign budgets, bid strategies, and optimize for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition). Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness. Create and test different ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for performance improvement. Analyze data and generate reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest trends in paid media, algorithm changes, and best practices. Collaborate with the design and content teams to align ads with brand messaging. Optimize funnel performance by improving conversion rates and user experience. Experiment with new ad formats, placements, and emerging advertising channels. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads . Proven track record of managing performance-driven campaigns with high ROI. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking . Proficiency in bid management, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies . Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or mobile app marketing is a plus. Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint is a plus.
