About Skate Supply India: We’re a fast-growing brand selling premium skateboards, streetwear, and accessories to the Indian skate community. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale our paid ads profitably and drive measurable revenue growth. 📍 Location: Chandigarh 💼 Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: ✅ Paid Ads Strategy & Execution: •⁠ ⁠Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for direct sales and ROAS-driven growth. •⁠ ⁠Test and scale lookalike audiences, retargeting, and influencer collaborations. •⁠ ⁠Manage budgets efficiently to maximize CPA, ROAS, and LTV. ✅ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): •⁠ ⁠A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and product pages to improve conversion rates. •⁠ ⁠Work with designers to produce high-converting ad visuals and videos. ✅ Analytics & Reporting: •⁠ ⁠Track performance in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify. •⁠ ⁠Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs. ✅ Cross-Channel Growth: •⁠ ⁠Experiment with email/SMS remarketing, loyalty programs, and UGC (user-generated content). •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with influencers and skate communities for organic + paid amplification. Requirements: ✔ 3+ years experience in performance marketing (e-commerce preferred). ✔ Proven track record of scaling profitable Meta/Google ad campaigns (case studies required). ✔ Expertise in GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify analytics. ✔ Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies. ✔ Familiarity with streetwear/skate culture is a big plus. ✔ Self-driven, analytical, and obsessed with ROI.
