About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Executive to support our performance marketing and growth initiatives. The role involves managing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, optimizing strategies, and ensuring delivery against KPIs. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimization various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance against defined KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, conversions).
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing/leadership team.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and optimize targeting.
• Work closely with the creative and content team to align messaging with campaign goals.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors’ performance to suggest improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
