Job Description – Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta + Google Ads)

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Your role will directly impact lead generation, Shopify sales, and overall brand growth across Kerala and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns (lead gen, sales, brand awareness).
• Optimize campaigns daily for CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
• Build and manage custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing flows.
• Conduct keyword research and craft ad copies with strong CTAs.
• Manage Google Merchant Center, Shopify ad integrations, and Pixel/CAPI tracking.
• Test creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to maximize ROI.
• Monitor analytics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on latest performance marketing trends, AI ad tools, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Shopify analytics, Tag Manager.
• Proven success in scaling campaigns profitably (lead gen + eCommerce sales).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative sense for testing ad visuals, reels, and sales-driven content.
• Preferred: Experience targeting Kerala/Indian local audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
