Role Overview

The Outlet Incharge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth customer service, proper inventory management, staff supervision, and achieving sales and operational targets of Posh Wedding Rental.

Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations
• Manage daily operations of the outlet efficiently.
• Ensure smooth customer service and handle escalations.
• Monitor rental order processing, delivery, and return procedures.
• Sales & Customer Service
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent service to walk-in and online customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Staff Management
• Supervise sales staff, billing staff, and support staff.
• Ensure staff adherence to company SOPs, dress code, and discipline.
• Conduct daily briefing and allocate duties to the team.
• Inventory & Cash Handling
• Monitor stock levels, rental items, and asset movement.
• Ensure proper billing and cash collection at the counter.
• Maintain records of daily sales, cash deposits, and expenses.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and SOPs.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, cash, and stock.
• Report any operational challenges to higher management.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in retail / rental business / outlet management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
