About the Role

You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact campaigns, analyzing results, and building a system that fuels performance through rapid iteration and learning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart Minutes, Bigbasket, Milkbasket etc.
  • Analyze performance data to improve ROI, lower CAC, and enhance conversion rates
  • Build clear, actionable dashboards to track key metrics:

    ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV

    , and more
  • Own

    A/B testing

    on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Constantly explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to push the boundaries of performance marketing
  • Coordinate with account managers for growth targets, visibility plans, and promotions
  • Collaborate with design, content, and platform teams to manage brand visibility and promotions on e-commerce platforms
  • Analyze competition & suggest strategies to boost visibility and sale
  • Manage budgets and pacing while delivering against aggressive growth targets


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical thinking and a data-first approach to marketing problems.
  • Expertise in data analysis with proficiency in

    Excel, Google Sheets

    , and familiarity with

    Power BI, or other BI tools

    . Curiosity to experiment and quickly adapt based on results.
  • Ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
  • Maintain dashboards and share actionable insights and reports regularly
  • Ability to monitor various campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously.


Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with marketing automation or basic scripting to streamline campaign processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing ads campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube etc
