About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on

  Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms

• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
• Monitor daily performance metrics such as

  CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions

• Create and manage funnels for lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with design, content, and social media teams for creatives and ad copies
• Stay updated with the latest

  performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

• Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling costs
• Ensure tracking setup using

  Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in

  performance or paid marketing

• Strong knowledge of

  Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager

• Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or app install campaigns
• Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-focused mindset

Good to Have

• Familiarity with tools like

  Google Analytics, GTM, Hotjar, Excel

• Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
• Knowledge of funnel building and marketing automation
