• Take ownership of client accounts, ensuring results are aligned with growth goals.

• 3–4 years of proven, hands-on experience in performance marketing only.

• Mandatory experience with fashion or lifestyle brands.

• Proven ability to

  scale businesses 4x or more

  through paid media.
• Deep expertise in

  audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and campaign structuring

  .
• Strong analytical skills with a performance-first mindset.

• Leadership qualities

  with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

• Salary:
