Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, conversions) are met.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad copies, and creatives for better conversions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and digital tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools

  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
