We’re now hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in scaling fashion and lifestyle brands through paid media. This role demands both strong technical expertise and leadership qualities to drive strategy, execution, and business growth. ⚠️ Important: This role is strictly for candidates with dedicated experience in performance marketing. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and is passionate about scaling brands. Role Overview You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads for multiple fashion and lifestyle clients under Reason & Beyond. Your work will directly impact brand visibility, revenue, and market leadership. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads for multiple fashion & lifestyle brands. Develop and execute scaling strategies that consistently deliver 4 x+ growth . Handle 3+ accounts simultaneously , ensuring efficiency and ROI. Analyze campaign data to improve ROAS, CAC, lead generation, and conversions . Build creative testing frameworks and funnel strategies tailored to the fashion & lifestyle industries. Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks . Take ownership of client accounts, ensuring results are aligned with growth goals. Requirements 3–4 years of proven, hands-on experience in performance marketing only. Mandatory experience with fashion or lifestyle brands. Proven ability to scale businesses 4x or more through paid media. Deep expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and campaign structuring . Strong analytical skills with a performance-first mindset. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple accounts. Loves to learn new things. Must be based in Jaipur and available to join immediately. Job is going to be hybrid job. What We Offer Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience).
