Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive at [Your Company Name], located in [City / Hybrid / Remote], with at least 3 years of experience (Real Estate / Digital Marketing Preferred), you will have the following responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Performance Marketing Campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. - Run Lead Generation Campaigns with a focus on reducing CPL (Cost Per Lead). - Design/Optimize Landing Pages and conduct A/B Testing for better conversion rates. - Manage Leads & Automation efficiently using CRM Tools like Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, etc. - Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and conversion tracking to improve funnels for better results. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads effectively. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Analytics Tools. - Previous experience in running Digital Campaigns for Real Estate Projects will be preferred. - Hands-on experience with CRM Platforms such as Zoho, Hubspot, and Salesforce. - Familiarity with Landing Page Builders like WordPress, Wix, Unbounce, etc. - An analytical mindset with a target-oriented approach is essential for success in this role.
