Job Description: Purple Seed is looking for a video editor to help brands execute marketing and content strategies on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, Youtube, LinkedIn. The individual will be in charge of editing and creating videos for assigned brands and is expected to research, reference and innovate whilst doing so. It is important for the individual to stay up to date with trends, techniques and softwares. The selected executive will work closely with the strategy team to take briefs and feedback and report to his/her head as well as the operational head for the design team. Requirements: Must know - Premier Pro/ Final Cut Pro, After Effects Would be nice to also know - Photoshop, Illustrator Responsibilities: Create visually aesthetic and effective content for social media. This will include animations and real video content. (There may be additional work that might be assigned to the individual based on client/company requirements. - Reading and understand briefs and references - Adhering to given timelines. - Researching and staying updated with industry trends, design trends, techniques and softwares - Understanding the platform that he/she is creating videos for. - Following company processes and reporting to respective manager/s. Salary: ₹ 30,000 - 35,000 Per month + Variable Salary Work Week - Mon to Friday Working hours - 10:30 am - 7:00pm Compulsory to have a laptop

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketing. You will be responsible for optimizing campaign performance, managing budgets, and ensuring campaign goals are met. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketing. -Create compelling ad copy and imagery that will resonate with target audiences. -Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI). -Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase performance. -Work closely with the creative team to develop and produce creative assets for campaigns. -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and overall marketing objectives. -Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends and best practices, and incorporate them into campaign strategies. -Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends. -Provide regular reports on campaign performance to manager, clients and whoever else required.
