Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects for digital marketing services. Support in client outreach through cold calling, emails, and follow-up communications. Cold calling prospective leads and tracking status. Learn and understand the agency's digital marketing services and offerings to effectively communicate with clients. Participate in sales meetings and presentations, learning to close deals and address client needs. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales activities. Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights to improve performance. Help in executing lead generation campaigns and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns. Skills & Qualifications: Strong interest in digital marketing and sales. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and time management skills. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on challenges. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required. Preferred Experience: Previous internships or experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media marketing) is an advantage.
