Key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage high-performance Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics, keyword research, audience targeting and competitive analysis to optimize ad spend, improve campaign efficiency and maximize ROAS
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all key metrics, develop a strong reporting framework, analytics, ROI tracking for all campaigns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skill Set :

• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Ecommerce Experience is a must.
• In-depth understanding of conversions, and how they affect the overall outcome of the platform
• Extremely proactive, ownership-driven and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Able to present and gain insights from data.
• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage complex workflows.
• Committed to results and deliveries.
• Self-motivated and willing to work in a startup environment
