Role Overview


We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversions, and optimizing ROI through data-backed strategies.


Key Responsibilities


·       Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon.


·       Manage daily campaign performance — monitor spends, track metrics, and ensure budget efficiency.


·       Analyse website performance (traffic, conversions, user behaviour) and recommend improvements.


·       Create campaign reports and dashboards to track KPIs and ROI.


·       Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.


·       Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for better targeting.


·       Track and report campaign performance regularly using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Campaign Console.


·       Support eCommerce growth initiatives and performance optimization across digital platforms.



Required Skills & Experience


·       1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.


·       Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising.


·       Familiarity with website analytics (Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, etc.).


·       Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.


·       Ability to understand data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.


·       Basic knowledge of SEO, UTM tracking, and landing page optimization is a plus.


·       Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment and learn.
