What You'll Do: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta + Google lead gen campaigns Track CPLs, lead quality, and conversion funnel performance Work closely with design and admissions teams for end-to-end campaign delivery Generate actionable insights and regular reports to improve ROI What We're Looking For: 1+ year of hands-on performance marketing experience Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and landing page performance Strong with analytics, reporting, and UTM tracking Bonus if you have: Experience in the education/edtech space Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
