What You'll Do:

  • Plan and run lead-generation campaigns

     across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and more
  • Optimize performance for 

    CPL, ROAS, and lead quality

     across channels
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to shape 

    high-performing ad creatives

  • Monitor and improve landing page conversions

    , campaign flows, and UTM tracking
  • Report campaign performance and bring 

    insight-led ideas

     to improve results
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, formats, and creative strategies that convert

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of 

    Meta Ads Manager

     and 

    Google Ads platforms

  • Comfort with spreadsheets, analytics dashboards

    , and interpreting campaign data
  • Creative instinct—understanding 

    hooks, formats, and what stops the scroll

  • A self-starter mindset
