We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to amplify our brand, drive patient growth, and strengthen community ties. Job Summary Join us as a creative Marketing Specialist with Surat expertise. You'll craft and implement integrated strategies across digital and offline channels to boost awareness, attract patients, and establish us as the top eye care destination. Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Advertising ● Design, launch, and optimize high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). ● Track budgets, metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS), and refine for peak performance. ● Curate engaging social media content to build and expand our online audience. ● Implement foundational SEO/SEM to enhance visibility and organic traffic. 2. Local & Offline Marketing ● Build a monthly marketing plan with targeted promotions and events. ● Lead city-wide awareness initiatives like health seminars, talks, and outreach programs. ● Coordinate eye care camps in communities, corporates, schools, and societies throughout Surat. ● Forge partnerships with local businesses, doctors, and leaders for referrals and collaborations. 3. Strategy & Content Creation ● Formulate multi-channel strategies tailored to Surat's diverse demographics.Produce high-impact materials: brochures, flyers, testimonials, graphics, and videos. ● Analyze campaign results, deliver insights, and recommend enhancements. ● Innovate new marketing tactics to highlight our services and advanced technology. Qualifications and Experience ● Experience: 2-3+ years in marketing, with proven Surat market knowledge. ● Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager; proficiency in social media and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics). Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe) preferred. ● Industry: Healthcare or hospital experience strongly preferred. ● Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related. ● Languages: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, English (written/spoken).
