Skills Required Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end B2C shipment operations across multiple courier partners Coordinate with courier partners for pickup, delivery, delays, and escalations Handle and close NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO, and reverse logistics cases Monitor SLA performance for pickups, deliveries, and closures Track shipment exceptions and ensure timely resolution through follow-ups Update shipment status, remarks, and resolution details in operations dashboards Work closely with Customer Success teams for client escalations Support Finance team with operational clarifications for billing, disputes, or credits Prepare daily operational trackers and basic MIS reports Identify recurring issues and highlight process or partner-level gaps Follow defined SOPs, escalation matrices, and operational workflows Candidate Profile Must Have 13 years of experience in B2C e-commerce operations / courier operations / logistics aggregator Strong understanding of pickup delivery NDR RTO reverse logistics flow Hands-on experience coordinating with courier partners (Delhivery, Ecom, XpressBees, Blue Dart, etc.) Experience handling shipment escalations and SLA tracking Working knowledge of Excel Preferred / Good to Have : Experience working in a logistics aggregator / shipping tech / e-commerce platform Exposure to shipment dashboards, ticketing tools, or logistics software Ability to handle high shipment volumes and pressure situations Skills Required Strong follow-up and coordination skills Operational problem-solving mindset Attention to detail and data accuracy Clear written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
