WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop and execute marketing strategies across public relations, digital media, content, and events. Manage local and regional media relationships and PR campaigns, creating content in both Arabic and English. Coordinate the development and distribution of tailored digital and brand content aligned with market context. Lead the management of Bain’s local social media presence and website content. Oversee planning and execution of Bain-hosted and third-party events, with end-to-end logistics support. Drive local alumni engagement efforts and maintain segmentation strategies in alignment with broader initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategy, and manage budgets. Contribute to cross-regional campaign alignment, sharing insights with EMEA and global marketing teams. Identify opportunities for new partnerships and innovative campaign approaches to extend brand reach. ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in campaign execution. Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong writing skills in both languages. Proven experience managing content marketing, premium media relationships, digital strategy, and events. Background in professional services or marketing/communications agencies preferred. Ability to navigate multiple projects simultaneously and influence senior stakeholders. Skilled in working with thought leadership and translating complex ideas into compelling content. Collaborative, organized, and proactive with a client-focused mindset.
