Role Overview:

 We are looking for a result-oriented Performance/Growth Marketer with a proven track record in fashion (women’s apparel) and ideally with agency experience. You will drive paid and performance led marketing campaigns, work closely with creative and UGC teams, and scale online conversions while preserving the brand’s premium image.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns across paid channels: Meta (Instagram/FB), Google Ads, other digital platforms as appropriate.

Define growth strategies: traffic acquisition, retargeting, conversion optimisation, ROAS improvement, CAC control, etc.

Collaborate with the UGC specialist and creative team to ensure ad creatives and landing pages align with brand aesthetic and campaign goals.

Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and present monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Coordinate with external marketing agencies or internal teams to ensure execution aligns with growth objectives.

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends in the fashion industry; leverage new tools, channels and formats to scale growth.

Mentor or manage a marketing team (if applicable) and help build capabilities for scaling online revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

3-6 years of performance/growth marketing experience in fashion (women’s clothing) domain.

Experience working in or with marketing agencies is preferred.

Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret campaign KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR) and make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and marketing automation or BI dashboards.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to integrate creative + data for performance.

Immediate availability and based in or willing to commute to Noida/Delhi NCR.
