Job Description: Performance Marketing Executive – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

➢ Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.

➢ Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns specific to real estate projects.

➢ Track campaign performance and ensure cost per lead (CPL) and ROI targets are met.

➢ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

➢ Collaborate with the sales & creative team to design high-performing landing pages and ad creatives.

➢ Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports using Google Analytics / Meta Business Suite / CRM tools.

➢ Identify trends and insights to allocate budgets effectively.

➢ A/B test ad copies, visuals, and funnels to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements

➢ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within the real estate industry (agency or developer side).

➢ Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and CRM integrations.

➢ Proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.

➢ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

➢ Excellent communication and reporting skills.
