Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a PPC Executive who is passionate about performance marketing and can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure campaign success. Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI. Manage and track daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics effectively. Create remarketing, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns for clients across industries. Analyze campaign performance reports and present actionable insights to the team and clients. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments for performance improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in Google and Meta Ads. Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging ad visuals and copy. Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management. Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking. Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Google Ads or Meta Ads certification (preferred, not mandatory). Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
