About A-Create: A-Create is a growing Digital Marketing Agency specializing in website development, brand identity, and digital marketing solutions that help businesses grow online. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us connect with potential clients through calls, lead follow-ups, and platform-based interactions (like Meta, Google or IndiaMART). Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote digital marketing, web design, and branding services. Handle inbound leads and queries generated from Meta, Google or IndiaMART and other platforms. Engage with prospects professionally and persuasively to convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain and update client records in CRM systems and provide regular updates to management. Conduct cold calling to identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Understand client requirements, share relevant service details, and coordinate follow-ups until closure. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve pitch strategies and achieve sales targets. Provide feedback from clients to help improve service offerings and communication processes. Requirements: Proven experience (6 months – 2 years) in Telesales / Telemarketing / Inside Sales, preferably in a Digital Marketing or IT Services environment. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. Comfortable with cold calling and lead conversion. Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, website design, etc.) is an advantage. Ability to handle Meta Leads Calling, IndiaMART or similar platforms for business inquiries.
