Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will handle social media ads (Meta), manage lead generation campaigns, and develop result-driven strategies to boost ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Social Media Marketing (Meta: Facebook & Instagram).

Lead Generation Campaigns – Plan, run & optimize ads for quality leads.

Strategy Development – Create & execute performance-driven marketing strategies.

Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, ROI) and optimize results.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing

Strong knowledge of lead generation & campaign strategy

Analytical mindset + creative approach
