About the Role

Performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy & placements to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and make data-backed decisions.
  • Manage daily budgets and pacing to meet CAC, ROAS, and CM2 targets.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in media buying, preferably with a D2C or e-commerce brand.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling ad spends profitably.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel, GA4 etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative eye for evaluating ad copy and visual assets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
