Role Overview

We are seeking a

results-driven SEM Specialist

to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns that maximize ROI and deliver on business goals.Role and Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Management

Plan, create, and execute SEM strategies across Google Ads (primarily), Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve defined KPIs (CTR, conversions, quality score, ROAS).Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

Optimization & Performance Tracking

Continuously optimize campaigns for better efficiency and scaling.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Singular, and other tools.Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize user journeys for higher conversions.

Research & Innovation

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEM practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
  • Bring creative ideas for ad copy, targeting, and audience segmentation.

Budget & Stakeholder Management

  • Handle monthly campaign budgets of ₹10 Lakhs+ effectively.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM activities with overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Graduation in any stream.

Experience:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEM and Google Ads campaign management.

Certifications:

Google Ads Certification (preferred) or equivalent SEM certifications.
  • Strong understanding of paid marketing ecosystem, attribution models, and segmentation strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset to develop compelling ad copies and campaign strategies.
  • Problem-solving ability with a first-principles approach.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup culture.
