Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads)

As an SEM Specialist at Toprankers, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, create, and execute SEM strategies across various digital platforms. - Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve defined KPIs such as CTR, conversions, quality score, and ROAS. - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. - Continuously optimize campaigns for better efficiency and scaling. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Singular. - Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize user journeys for higher conversions. - Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis. - Stay updated with the latest SEM practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes. - Bring creative ideas for ad copy, targeting, and audience segmentation. - Handle monthly campaign budgets of 10 Lakhs+ effectively. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM activities with overall business objectives. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: Graduation in any stream. - Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in SEM and Google Ads campaign management. - Certifications: Google Ads Certification (preferred) or equivalent SEM certifications. - Strong understanding of paid marketing ecosystem, attribution models, and segmentation strategies. - Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights. - Creative mindset to develop compelling ad copies and campaign strategies. - Problem-solving ability with a first-principles approach. - Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup culture.,
