Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive-3 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/IG), LinkedIn, Display, and Affiliate networks

    .
  • Identify high-intent audience cohorts and craft targeted campaigns to drive

    conversions, app installs, engagement, and revenue

    .
  • Execute retargeting and remarketing flows across multiple channels.

2. Paid Media Management

  • Manage daily campaign operations including PPC, social ads, performance creatives, and programmatic display.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve and maintain target

    CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR

    , and other performance KPIs.
  • Run A/B testing across creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages.

3. Analytics, Measurement & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using

    Google Analytics, Ads Manager, MMPs

    etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with

    insights, learnings, and actionable optimization recommendations

    .
  • Monitor funnel drop-offs and improve efficiency across acquisition and retargeting stages.

4. Audience Research & Segmentation

  • Understand user behavior and segment audiences based on demographics, interests, and behavioral insights.
  • Leverage platform signals and CRM data to refine audience targeting.

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with

    design, creative, content, and sales

    teams to align campaign messaging and outputs.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, publishers, and affiliate partners when required.

6. Budget Planning & Control

  • Allocate budgets strategically across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Track daily pacing to ensure spend discipline and avoid overshooting budgets.

7. Market & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest

    ad tech tools, platform updates, bidding strategies, and performance trends

    .
  • Proactively suggest experiments and new channels to accelerate growth.



What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and data interpretation.
  • Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads is

    mandatory

    .
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, experiment-driven growth environments.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving attitude.
