Performance Marketing Executive

  • Can run ads and clearly explain why they worked (or didn’t)

  • Has a natural knack for social media trends, formats, and content flow

  • Is comfortable working across Meta, YouTube & LinkedIn

🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)

  • Run and manage YouTube Ads

    (In-stream, Shorts, discovery formats)
  • Execute

    LinkedIn Ads

    for B2B, lead generation & brand campaigns
  • Manage

    lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns

  • Track & analyze CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS

  • Suggest budget optimization & scaling opportunities

  • Create basic performance reports

    (daily / weekly)
Social Media Understanding (Very Important)
  • Strong sense of what works on:
  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • YouTube

  • LinkedIn

  • Ability to judge:
  • Hooks
  • Thumb-stoppers
  • Reels vs Shorts vs Static creatives
  • Coordinate with

    content & design teams

    for ad-ready creatives
  • Understand

    audience psychology

    , not just metrics
🧩 What We’re Looking ForMust-Have:
  • 1–3 years of

    hands-on experience in performance marketing

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • YouTube Ads

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • Clear logic while explaining campaign results
  • Natural understanding of

    social media trends & formats

  • Honest, data-driven mindset

    (no fake numbers)
Good to Have:
  • Experience working with

    agencies or multiple brands

  • Basic knowledge of landing pages & funnels

  • Curiosity to test, fail, learn, and improve
