Job Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize
paid campaigns
on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor KPIs such as
CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS
, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
Conduct
keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
for better targeting.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Continuously run
A/B testing
for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high ROI delivery.
Stay updated with the latest
digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates

Required Skills

Strong expertise in
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Proficiency in campaign optimization and
conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup)
