Performance Marketing Manager / Specialist (Real Estate)

Company:

A growing real estate developer in Hyderabad with multiple residential and luxury projects, focused on brand-led growth, performance-driven marketing, and long-term value creation.

Experience Required:

3 6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

(Real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory if ROI-driven)

Role Objective:

Own and scale lead generation, funnel performance, and ROI across multiple real estate projects through data-driven paid marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing & Paid Media

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (for HNI / NRI targeting)
  • Drive high-quality leads with optimal CPL, CPR, and ROAS
  • Allocate and manage monthly ad budgets across multiple projects

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and optimize end-to-end funnels:
  • Ad ? Landing Page ? Lead Form ? CRM ? Sales follow-up
  • Work closely with designers and content teams to improve:
  • Creatives
  • Copy
  • Landing page conversions
  • A/B test audiences, creatives, copies, and landing pages

CRM, Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up and manage:
  • Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4
  • Conversion tracking & events
  • Integrate campaigns with CRM (lead source tracking, quality analysis)
  • Analyze lead quality with sales team feedback and optimize accordingly

Strategy & Reporting

  • Create weekly & monthly performance reports with insights, not just numbers
  • Forecast lead volumes and budgets for upcoming launches
  • Identify winning audiences, creatives, and channels and scale them
  • Continuously improve CPL, lead quality, and conversion ratios
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with:

Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Design, content, and video teams

Sales and CRM teams

Ensure marketing promises align with on-ground sales realities

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Must-Have 36 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
  • Deep understanding of:

Funnels

Conversion metrics

Budget optimization

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Good to Have

  • Real estate or high-ticket sales experience
  • Experience with:
  • Landing page tools (WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, etc.)
  • CRM tools
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and content-driven traffic
  • Experience handling ?10L+ monthly ad budgets
