📌 Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced

  Quality Control Engineer

  to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards at our construction sites. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, experience in real estate/construction projects, and the ability to implement and monitor quality procedures effectively.

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure that all construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce quality control procedures at all stages of the project.
• Verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports, quality checklists, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers for quality-related issues.
• Check concrete works, shuttering, reinforcement, block work, plastering, waterproofing, finishing works, etc.
• Monitor material testing (steel, cement, concrete cubes, soil, aggregates, etc.) and ensure test results meet standards.
• Verify the calibration of tools and equipment used at the site.
• Report non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all QC activities.
• Review and approve quality-related documents, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITP).
• Conduct final snagging and de-snagging works before project handover.

• 🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–6 years of QC/QA experience in construction (residential projects preferred).
• Strong understanding of IS codes, quality standards, and construction procedures.
• Knowledge of material testing and site quality documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.
