Performance Marketing Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Consultant to oversee and optimise our digital campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can guide our marketing team, provide actionable insights, and enhance overall campaign performance.

Job Type: Part-time / Consulting Basis

Responsibilities:

• Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance metrics across all client accounts.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Provide monthly performance reviews and actionable recommendations.
• Train and mentor the in-house digital marketing team on optimization techniques and best practices.
• Conduct virtual strategy sessions and performance reviews with the marketing team.
• Meet the full digital team 2–4 days per month at the Kochi office for training, strategy discussions, and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Consultant / Digital Marketing Strategist.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and other ad management platforms.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a strong understanding of campaign KPIs.
• Ability to provide strategic direction and train internal teams effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Up-to-date with current trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects remotely.

Work Arrangement

• Remote work with flexible schedule.
• In-person meetings at Kochi office 2–3 days per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
