Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute high-impact growth strategies across Meta/Google platforms. - Drive business growth strategies, product-level strategies, and retention marketing initiatives. - Optimize key performance indicators including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and repeat rate through relentless testing and scaling. - Scale paid acquisition channels profitably. - Maximize customer lifetime value for the partnered brands. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing specifically for D2C/e-commerce brands. - Possess a data-driven mindset and feel comfortable analyzing metrics, conducting fast tests, and scaling successful strategies.
