Role Overview

Performance Marketing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize current paid campaigns, tracking setup, and performance flows across:
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
• Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube)
• Build and mentor our team to structure and execute acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Train in-house team members with real campaigns, dashboards, creative briefs, and platform SOPs.
• Design campaigns for regional (vernacular) audiences segmented by age, state, language, and genre.
• Set up cohort-level reporting using Firebase + Branch or MMPs and integrate event-based funnel analysis.
• Guide and improve ASO & SEO for better organic visibility on Play Store and web.
• Assist with media planning, experimentation, and creative feedback loops.
• Develop and execute a

  CTV performance marketing strategy

  for user acquisition, not just viewership.
• Guide in setting up

  install funnels via CTV

  , landing page strategies, QR flows, and attribution tracking.
  

Required Experience

• 7-10 years in performance marketing roles for consumer digital brands, agencies, or media apps.
• Proven campaign success across Meta, Google, DV360, and CTV.
• CTV-specific campaigns (Android TV, Fire TV, Roku, Samsung)
• Clear experience driving app installs and activations from

  CTV campaigns

  — not just branding.
• Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Branch) and Firebase analytics setup.
• Exposure to ASO, SEO, funnel mapping, and retention loops.
• Understanding of FAST Live Streaming services is a plus
• Prior experience training or coaching internal marketing teams is strongly preferred.
