Job Title: Publisher Development Executive Location: [Remote] Experience: 2-5 years Department: Publisher Partnerships Role Summary: The Germane Media (TGM) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Publisher Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-quality publisher partnerships across desktop, mobile, and CTV environments. You will work at the intersection of technology and partnerships, helping drive revenue growth by expanding TGM’s footprint among premium publishers. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and onboard new publishers to integrate TGM's monetization solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishing partners to ensure consistent performance and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal product and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding, especially for Prebid wrappers and proprietary adapters. Conduct ongoing performance analysis to uncover optimization opportunities and scale revenue for both TGM and publishers. Educate publishers on the value proposition of TGM’s suite of ad tech solutions, including CTV monetization capabilities. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and proactively suggest improvements to publisher strategies. Represent TGM at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings to evangelize our platform. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in publisher development, preferably in the ad tech or digital advertising space. Strong understanding of Prebid wrappers, adapters, and the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Demonstrated experience working with CTV publishers or understanding of the CTV advertising landscape. Proven track record of onboarding and scaling publisher relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Familiarity with monetization strategies. Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
