Job Description

Position Summary

Performance Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, set up, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms

    .
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to maximize ROI.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure cost-per-lead (CPL) is within client expectations.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM)

     and 

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

     for accurate tracking and measurement.
  • Analyze data to prepare performance reports, highlight insights, and share actionable recommendations.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with key metrics and optimization plans.
  • Client Communication & Presentation

  • Communicate campaign performance and strategy updates clearly to clients in fluent English

    .
  • Create and deliver 

    professional presentations

     during client meetings, highlighting results and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for creative assets and landing page improvements.
  • Continuous Optimization

  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies for better performance.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry practices.

Key Requirements

  • Experience

    : Minimum 

    1 year of performance marketing experience

     with proven results in lead generation.
  • Client Portfolio

    : Must have 

    worked with at least 20 clients

     across industries.
  • Technical Skills

    :
  • Strong command over 

    GTM

     and 

    GA4

     for accurate tracking and insights.
  • Proficiency in managing 

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns

    .
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent 

    verbal and written English

     with the ability to present insights confidently.
  • Analytical Mindset

    : Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and execute optimizations strategically.
  • Presentation Skills

    : Experience creating and presenting reports and campaign strategies to clients.
