Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing ad performance, maximizing ROI, and boosting sales through data-driven paid marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Product (SP), Sponsored Brand (SB), Sponsored Display (SD), and PLA campaigns. • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance ad efficiency and visibility. • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Optimize key metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, ROI, and CPC for maximum campaign profitability. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives and copy. • Manage ad budgets effectively and provide regular weekly/monthly performance reports. • Develop scaling strategies for peak sales seasons and festive events. • Utilize tools like Amazon Pi, Helium10, and platform-specific dashboards for analysis and reporting. • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices. • Work closely with the catalog and sales teams to ensure ads align with inventory levels and pricing strategies. Requirements: • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). • Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Advertising, Myntra and other marketplace ad platforms. • Strong analytical skills; expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, PPC tools, and analytics dashboards. • Proven experience in bid optimization, audience targeting, and keyword segmentation. • Ability to handle multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance goals simultaneously. • Solid understanding of e-commerce, sales funnels, and ad performance metrics. • Quick Commerce experience is a plus.
