Led by Dr. Shail Gupta and Dr. Ruchi Agarwal, we strive to deliver international-quality care with an emphasis on trust, innovation, and patient outcomes. Based in Gurgaon (Galleria Market) and North Delhi, we are expanding our digital presence and seeking a results-driven digital marketer.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid advertising efforts across platforms such as Google and Meta. You will manage ad campaigns, retargeting strategies, analyze lead metrics, and coordinate with creative teams (video, graphics) to deliver high-ROI marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, execute, and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and other relevant platforms
  • Design and manage retargeting / remarketing strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.), generate reports, and provide actionable optimization insights
  • Coordinate with video, graphics, and content teams to produce ad creatives, landing page assets, and ad copy
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, ad formats, and landing pages
  • Maintain and optimize campaign budgets to maximize return on ad spend
  • Work closely with sales or lead management teams to understand funnel performance and lead quality
  • Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in paid advertising, and apply knowledge to experiments
  • Ensure campaign compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in performance marketing / paid advertising, ideally with lead-gen or D2C exposure
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and derive optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, etc.)
  • Creative thinking to suggest new campaign ideas, ad formats, and visuals
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixel setup, UTM tagging, and ad attribution models
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for managing budgets, metrics, and pivoting data
