About the Role

We're seeking a Performance Marketing & Account Strategist who is equal parts performance marketer, strategic planner and account manager. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy which means you'll not only run high-performing campaigns on Meta and Google, but also own the holistic account success for our clients/accounts. You'll drive growth through intelligent strategy, manage account timelines and deliverables, collaborate on creative shoots and ensure every account is optimized for profitability and client satisfaction.


Note : This is a full-cycle role. You'll own campaign performance, account growth opportunities, project coordination and long-term strategy development.


Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Optimization
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other platforms to achieve business goals
  • Apply psychological and funnel principles to messaging, targeting and audience segmentation
  • Conduct strategic audience and keyword research; manage budget allocation for maximum campaign effectiveness
  • Lead A/B testing of creatives, funnels, landing pages and placements for continuous performance improvement
  • Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, LTV) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Stay updated on the latest ad tech trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices


Account Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and implement comprehensive monthly/quarterly/annual account strategies aligned with client/business goals
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities: upsells, new channels, audience segments and campaign types
  • Create detailed account plans mapping out key KPIs, revenue targets and optimization roadmaps
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform strategy and positioning
  • Regularly present strategic recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing data-backed opportunities for scaling revenue


Account Coordination & Creative Direction
  • Own account calendar and project timelines; coordinate all moving parts (creative development, approvals, execution, reporting)
  • Manage project workflows using tools (e.g., Asana, Slack) to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate across internal teams
  • Communicate account status, updates and next steps clearly to internal team and clients
  • Lead shoot planning: define creative concepts and develop shoot briefs.
  • Collaborate with designers on visual direction, messaging and brand alignment
  • Manage shoot calendar, coordinate crew/talent scheduling and ensure efficient execution
  • Translate campaign strategy and data insights into creative direction and asset requirements
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on account health, upcoming initiatives and any issues
  • Act as the primary account contact, ensuring responsiveness and professional service delivery
  • Manage client expectations and proactively address concerns or opportunities
